How it works

Have an ideal fit for our company? Just leave us an email with the applicant’s contact information first- and we’ll handle the rest. After you send us the applicant’s contact info, ask the applicant to reach out to us and apply on our website. Once everything’s finalized, both parties get $250 bonus. Note: All referral bonus payments will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee’s first day of employment at our company. Remember, the applicant shouldn’t have applied to the job before. All referrals are subject to our company’s policies and procedures. Please read our referral policy below.

Important referral policy

The company offers a bonus for any employee who refers a qualified candidate for an open position, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The referring employee must email the full name and phone number of the candidate to the company before the candidate submits an application for the job.

• The referring employee must consent to have his or her name mentioned when the company contacts the candidate.

• In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, only the first employee who made the referral will be eligible for the bonus.

• The candidate must meet the minimum qualifications for the position as determined by the company.

• The company will evaluate the candidate according to its policies and procedures and make the hiring decision at its sole discretion. The company will not disclose any information regarding the hiring decision to the referring employee or any other party.

• The referral date must be on or after the date the job opening is posted on the company’s website or any other platform.

• The hiring of the referred candidate must occur within 30 days from the referral date.

• The bonus will be paid only if the referred candidate
completes at least 30 days of employment with the company. If the referred
candidate resigns or is terminated before 30 days, the referring employee will
not receive the bonus.
